Orders ship from Texas by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. The controller kit ships for a flat $15 in the continental United States. Mounts ordered with a kit ship free; mounts ordered on their own ship for a flat $6. Kits ship within 3 business days. Mounts are printed to order and ship within 5 business days. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
An unused kit in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The buyer pays return shipping. Email sales@de-fly.com for a return authorization before sending anything back. Mounts are made to order in the size and version selected and are not returnable, except for a defect, which is replaced at no charge.
If a package arrives damaged, email photos of the box and contents within 5 days of delivery and a replacement will be sent.
